Chocolate Avocado Pudding Recipe

Here is a fun way to enjoy a guilt free chocolate dessert with your valentine! Most rich and creamy puddings may include condensed milk, butter, cane sugar, etc. all these ingredients add extra sugar and empty calories! By using avocados, you are gaining heart healthy fats, numerous vitamins and minerals, and fiber. Avocados also help lower your cholesterol and triglyceride levels! Did you know avocados actually contain more potassium than a banana!

In this recipe you could also try using peanut butter powder instead. The powder is a great substitute to help reduce calories, while still getting protein and the delicious taste. If enjoy texture, toss in some chia seeds for extra crunch and some good omega-3s!
