A Matter of Balance – Fall Prevention

What is it?

A Matter of Balance is an eight-week evidence-based program to reduce fear of falling and increase activity levels.

 

What will you learn?

During the program you will learn how to view falls and fear of falling as controllable. We will help you set realistic goals to increase activity. Learn how you can make small changes to your environment to reduce the risk of falls. You will also learn exercises to increase strength and balance.
