Play Like A Champion Today
The Mission for The Play Like a Champion Today Educational Series provides leadership in a worldwide effort to promote an inclusive, developmentally oriented youth sports culture. It does this primarily by educating ethically responsible sport leaders-coaches, parents, athletic administrators and athletes-who in turn will reach millions of young people.
They have created a new resource called Keep Kids Active that gives ideas by using your home-based environment with little to no equipment needed. They also provide an activity worksheet to document your physical activities and goals, safety tips, sport specific trainings, and online video cardio and workouts.
