Hult Center for Healthy Living is Peoria’s premier non-profit provider of comprehensive health education and wellness services for people of all ages.  Our mission is to “Empower people to live healthier lives”. We serve the communities of Central Illinois through our health education programs and services for all ages, and oftentimes extend well beyond our local community through virtual health education and outreach programs and services. COVID-19 Prevention Process for Hult Center for Healthy Living

Hult Center for Healthy Living is committed to providing a safe environment that protects the health of students, teachers, visitors, and the communities we serve.

Any guests of Hult Center (students, teachers, aids, caregivers, etc.) will be required to wear a mask during their visit to Hult Center and cannot visit Hult Center if any of the indicators below are experienced:

  • A confirmed exposure to COVID-19
  • A COVID-19 diagnosis with or without testing

Any other symptoms consistent with COVID-19, regardless of vaccination status, including,

  • Fever or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea

If any guest experiences any of the indicators above, they should not visit Hult Center for Healthy Living. Schools/agencies will be responsible for ensuring their students, teachers, aids, caregivers, etc. are compliant with the above preventative measures before visiting Hult Center for Healthy Living.
