Enjoy the Ride – Lobster Boil 2021 Hybrid Event!

Lobster Boil goes Hybrid!

On September 18th, 2021, we have the amazing opportunity to gather with friends, colleagues, and loved ones to “empower people to live healthier lives” from the comfort of our own homes.

What a ride this pandemic has been! Hult Center is glad to say that we aren’t pumping the brakes on this year’s event, but we do feel that it is time to shift gears and drive in the direction that helps to keep our staff and donors’ health and safety a priority. This year we will be hosting a Hybrid Event featuring an in-person walk through opportunity for viewing silent auction items, Dinner Vouchers, and a virtual program for viewing in the comfort of your own homes. By hosting a Hybrid Event we are able to prioritize the health and safety of our community.

Check out some Frequently Asked Questions related to our Hybrid Event:

“How do I view the 1-hour event on Saturday, September 18th?”

Guests will go to www.BidPal.net/Lobster21 to view the virtual, 1-hour program! This is also where guests will bid on auction items before and during the Hybrid Event.

“How do I bid on Silent and Super Silent Auction items?”

This year, all bidding will take place online.

On Monday, September 13th, bidding will open to all ticket-holders online via BidPal (www.bidpal.net/Lobster21). In addition, any ticket-holders will be able to view items in-person at Hult Center from Thursday, September 16th through Saturday, September 18th. See designated times below:

“Will guests have to choose which voucher they want before the event?”

Yes. Guests will need to select either a Dixon Fisheries, Inc. Voucher or a Pottstown Meat and Deli Voucher immediately when they purchase their ticket.

Guests are not required to purchase a voucher for the event. If guests wish to only view the Virtual event, there is a non-voucher ticket option, as well.
